App Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the IO app. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

To access the full IO app experience you must create a membership account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@iomusicent.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Introductory Pricing

IO Music may be offered at an introductory membership rate. Your rate is locked in as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe, you may be subject to the current rate at that time.

Auto-Renewal

Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing you authorize Inside Out Entertainment, through Apple App Store or Google Play, to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through:

• Your Apple App Store subscription settings
• Your Google Play subscription settings
• Contacting us at contact@iomusicent.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid membership at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Price Changes

Inside Out Entertainment reserves the right to change membership pricing for new subscribers. Existing members at the introductory rate are not affected by price changes as long as their membership remains active.

10% of every membership fee is donated to support hunger and homelessness prevention. Donations are made by Inside Out Entertainment on behalf of its membership base. Individual members do not make direct donations. The charitable recipient may change over time at the discretion of Inside Out Entertainment.

Inside Out Entertainment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and access content through the IO app for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the app without written permission
• Use any content for AI training, machine learning, or automated data collection
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app for any commercial purpose

All content in the IO app including music, recordings, artwork, artist personas, and written content is the property of Inside Out Entertainment or its collaborators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Some artists featured in the IO app are digital performers created using modern music production technologies. These are original creative projects developed by Inside Out Entertainment. All music is original and produced by the Inside Out Entertainment team.

You agree not to use the IO app to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the app

You may delete your account at any time:

• In the app: Profile, Settings, Delete Account
• By request: email contact@iomusicent.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Deleting your account cancels your membership effective at the end of the current billing period. Streaming data may be retained in anonymized form for royalty reporting purposes as required by music industry obligations.

All content, features, and functionality of the IO app are owned by Inside Out Entertainment and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Inside Out Entertainment name, IO logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Inside Out Entertainment.

The IO app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inside Out Entertainment does not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content will always be available
• The app will be compatible with all devices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inside Out Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the IO app or inability to access content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent update.
